Hi Diane, They can be taken daily or as needed. I just updated the link, which was not working, on the recent promotions post. If you have some time you can listen in on the benefits of these products. It’s very informative. I like to take the Life 5 at least every other day. Every day is best but sometimes I forget. I take it right after dinner (the biggest meal for me) and I really notice the difference. YL uses 5 super strains of probiotics that have been clinically proven to be effective in supporting gut health, improving immune health & improve nutrient absorption. Life 5 is safe for babies 6 months and up (can help with milk digestion and probiotics have been shown to reduce colic). Di-Gize is a pure essential oil blend that also supports good gut health and can be used to reduce gas & bloating issues quickly. It can be taken internally, it can be inhaled or applied topically to the abdomen. Detoxzyme is a blend of 9 essential enzymes that supports digestion.
