I’m feeling frisky!

Why am I feeling frisky?  Maybe it’s because triple digit weather has finally left the desert. Either way, I’m doing something that I’ve never done on the blog before.   Ready?  Anyone interested in a free (FREE!) bottle of Deep Relief?  Yes?!!  Oh good.  Here’s the deal. A bit about Deep Relief.  It’s an amazing blend that helps to reduce pain and inflammation.  It comes in a handy roll on that you can take with you and apply easily.  I use it on sore muscles, tight shoulders, & headaches.  I bring it with me when I run at the gym in case my ankle feels sore afterwards. It’s one of my staples that I keep on hand with me all the time.  Some of the oils in deep relief are peppermint & wintergreen which soothe sore muscles and copal & helichrysum both of which are know to reduce inflammation.   See the pdf for more information.

Here’s to better health, naturally!
